Lochinver Guest House has seven guest bedrooms on the first and second floors, all named after Clans associated with Ayrshire. The Cunningham Room is the largest bedroom, with a mahogany king-size four-poster bed and a triple-aspect bay window overlooking Park Circus. The Bruce Room has a king-size double bed and a south-facing aspect, with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower-room, and the Montgomery Room offers a superking bed or twin beds with views of the Carrick Hills.

Breakfast at Lochinver Guest House includes the Lochinver full cooked Scottish breakfast, eggs Benedict, and traditionally made Scottish porridge using a family recipe. The Lochinver breakfast uses dry-cured outdoor bred smoked back bacon, Stornoway black pudding, Donald & Son Haggis, and Scottish smoked salmon. Afternoon tea, pre-booked a day in advance, is served in the Drawing Room with local and Scottish cheeses, hams, pickles, preserves, Scottish oatcakes, and artisan breads; picnic lunches are available by prior arrangement.
